JUDGMENT 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. 2. In terms of our order dated 28.11.2022, the I.I.C. Erasama Police Station has filed the status report stating how they have conducted various search operations for recovery of the victim girl. Even search operations were conducted outside the State, but no result has yielded till date. According to the said report, all possible steps have been taken to rescue the victim girl. It has also been asserted that the process of rescue of the victim girl is continuing. 3. Let the matter be listed again on 22nd December, 2022 when the I.I.C., Erasama Police Station shall furnish the up-to-date status report. It is also expected that in the meanwhile all resources of the police shall be harnessed for rescuing the victim girl. 4. We direct the opposite party No.3, the Superintendent of Police, Jagatsinghpur to monitor the rescue operation in person. 5. Mr.S.K.Lenka, learned counsel appears for the petitioner and expresses his serious anxiety at the way the police is operating to rescue the victim girl.
