JUDGMENT Arindam Sinha J. - Mr. Panda, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner, Self Help Group (SHG) and submits, his client has agreement dated 25th August, 2022 for supply of Chhatua till 31st March, 2023. By impugned communication dated 19th November, 2022 there has been discontinuance of petitioner's engagement. He seeks interference. 2. Mr. Panda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and prays for direction upon his client to file counter. 3. Since petitioner has a time bound agreement, counter is to be filed by 2nd January, 2023. Petitioner may file rejoinder, to be accepted on adjourned date upon advance copy served. Meanwhile, issue notice along with this order on opposite party no.6 by registered/speed post with AD. Petitioner will put in requisites. 4. Impugned communication will remain stayed till next date. It is made clear, private opposite party may approach earlier for vacating interim order, if so advised. 5. List on 6th January, 2023.
