JUDGMENT Arindam Sinha J. - Mr. Barik, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, interference is necessary to quash letters dated 24th May, 2022 and 19th November, 2022 since, by final order dated 28th March, 2009, allegation that his client's caste certificate was fake, was said to be not a fact and false. He draws attention to previous order dated 2nd December, 2022. 2. Mr. Nanda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and prays for two months' time to file counter. He submits that is his instruction. 3. Impugned letters are dated of this year. State had obtained adjournment on 2nd December, 2022. There is no reason for Court to even consider further prayer of granting two months' time. Counter be filed by 9th January, 2022. Petitioner may file rejoinder, to be accepted on adjourned date upon advance copy served. 4. List on 16th January, 2023. 5. Interim order to continue till next date.
