JUDGMENT 1. Ms. Naidu, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and submits, her clients are locals, who are opposed to grant of the land on lease to the Government Company, i.e., Industrial Development Corporation of Odisha (IDCO). She submits, the Company has not complied with requirements to have the lease and as such, her clients made representation dated 5th November, 2022, to the Collector for causing irrigation project in the land. 2. Mr. Nanda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, lease has been granted to the Government Company, not made party in the writ petition. 3. Opposite party no.3 is directed to consider and deal with said representation dated 5th November, 2022. Petitioners contend they are opposed to grant of lease and want irrigation project in the land. They also say that the Government Company has not complied with requirements of the grant and hence, there should be no grant. Said opposite party will, in dealing with the representation, notice the Government Company. Decision taken is to be informed to petitioner, within six weeks of communication. 4. The writ petition is disposed of.
