JUDGMENT 1. Petitioner appears in person. He submits, he is devotee of the deity residing in Satyabadi Gopinath Dev Temple. There is gross mismanagement of the temple regarding the administration and dealing with, inter alia, offerings and ornaments. There is on record inspection report dated 12th March, 2018 made by the Commissioner. His client brought such report to notice of co-ordinate Bench by W.P.(C) no.7650 of 2021. Order dated 3rd August, 2021 was made, following which the Principal Secretary, Law (In-charge) made report dated 25th April, 2022. He has now again moved Court for implementation of the report. 2. Ms. Naidu, learned advocate appears on behalf of the Commissioner while Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate, for State. 3. On query from Court submission on behalf of State and the Commissioner is that decisions were taken, to be implemented by the Commissioner. 4. Opposite party no.3 will take steps for implementation and compliance of decisions taken in report dated 25th April, 2022 made by the Principal Secretary, Law (In-charge), within three months from date. The Commissioner will place action taken report before the Principal Secretary, Law (In-charge) for obtaining Government orders, if necessary. 5. The writ petition is disposed of.
