JUDGMENT : 1. Issue notice. 2. Notices are accepted by Mr. Vivek Tyagi, learned Deputy Government Counsel on behalf of the respondents. 3. In this writ petition, a direction has been sought for the respondents to relieve the petitioner in pursuance of Reshuffle District Allotment dated 30.07.2021. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the controversy involved herein is no more res integra and stands resolved by a Coordinate Bench order of this Court dated 06.12.2021 in SB Civil Writ Petition No.16997/2021, Rajveer Singh versus State of Rajasthan & Ors. whereby, the respondents have been directed to decide the representation filed by the petitioner. He prays that this writ petition may also be disposed of in similar terms. 5. Learned counsel for the respondents has no objection to the aforesaid prayer. 6. Heard. Considered. 7. This Court, in case of Rajveer Singh (supra), has directed as under:- "In view of submissions made, the petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of; the petitioner may make a fresh detailed representation to the respondent No.2 within a period of one week. In case such a representation is made by the petitioner, the same shall be deal with appropriately expeditiously and an order on the same be passed by the said authority within a period of two weeks from the date filing of representation." 8. In view thereof, this writ petition is also disposed of in similar terms. The petitioner may make a representation to the respondents within a period of one week from today. In case, such a representation is made, the same shall be decided by the respondents vide reasoned order within a period of four weeks thereafter which shall be communicated to the petitioner.
