JUDGMENT 1. Mr. Bose, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client was auction purchaser in respect of leasehold interest in plots belonging to Odisha Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (IDCO). He draws attention to letters dated 9th May, 2022 and 20th June, 2022 (respectively annexures 5 and 6). The first is information given by Odisha State Financial Corporation (OSFC) to IDCO regarding sale to his client and the second is his client's representation to IDCO for allotment pursuant to the auction sale. 2. Mr. Mohanty, learned senior advocate appears on behalf of opposite party nos. 1 and 2 while Mr. Das, learned advocate appears on behalf of opposite party nos. 3 and 4. 3. On query from Court Mr. Mohanty submits, the representation will be duly dealt with by his client, requiring petitioner to fulfill requisites for transfer of the lease hold rights. 4. Opposite party no.1 is directed to consider and deal with petitioner's representation dated 20th June, 2022 and inform petitioner the requisites for allotment, in its name, of the lease hold rights in the plots. The requisites should be informed to petitioner within four weeks of communication. 5. The writ petition is disposed of.
