JUDGMENT 1. Ms. Dash, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and submits, her clients had made application for settlement of land. Copy of the application dated 25th November, 2019 is annexure-4. She submits, there be direction upon the authorities to consider the application. 2. Mr. Nanda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, petitioners are encroachers. Eviction order stands issued. 3. Opposite party no.3 is directed to consider and deal with petitioners' said application dated 25th November, 2019.
