JUDGMENT Rajnesh Oswal, J. - Mr. G. S. Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioners fairly submits that the grievance of the petitioners shall be redressed in the event Investigating Officer considers the claim/plea of the petitioners. 2. In view of this, no fruitful purpose shall be served by keeping the present petition on board, as such, the same is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to raise the pleas available with them before the Investigating Officer who otherwise is under obligation to consider the same in terms of Rule 597 of Police Rules. The Investigating Officer shall conclude the investigation as expeditiously as possible. 3. Disposed of.
