ORDER : We have heard Dr. A.M. Singhvi, and Mr. Shyam Divan, learned senior counsel and Mr. Kunal Cheema, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr. P. Chidambaram and Mr. Shekhar Naphade, learned senior counsel appearing for respondent no.1 and Mr. B.S. Nagar, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 and perused the material on record. We do not find any merit in this petition, which is accordingly dismissed. Pending application, if any, also stand disposed of.
