JUDGMENT arun Bhansali, J. - The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking following relief(s): 'It is, therefore, humbly and respectfully prayed that this writ petition of the petitioner may kindly be allowed: - (i) By an appropriate writ, order or direction, the respondent Rajasthan Para Medical Council, Jaipur may kindly be directed to act upon the petitioner's registration application (annexure-7) forthwith and be directed to issue registration certificate in favour of petitioner. (ii) By an appropriate writ, order or direction, the respondents may kindly be directed to give appointment to the petitioner on the post of Lab Technician, in pursuant to notification dated 12.06.2020 (annexure-3) with all consequential benefits, if petitioner found place in the merit list. (iii) any other relief which the Hon'ble Court considers just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may kindly be granted in favour of the petitioner. (iv) Costs of the writ petition may kindly be awarded to the petitioner.' 2. Counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of prayer (ii) made in the writ petition and submits that the Rajasthan Para Medical Council may be directed to act upon the petitioner's registration application, said to have been sent vide annex.7 by registered post. 3. In view of submissions made, the writ petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of. In case, the application sent by the petitioner by registered post (annex.7) has been received by the Rajasthan Para Medical Council, registered by it, the same be decided appropriately by the Para Medical Council within a period of four weeks from the date a copy of this order is placed by the petitioner with it.
