JUDGMENT 1. This Court is relieved to note that the motion suspending the petitioners from the House has come for consideration on another motion moved to withdraw the same. Suspension has been terminated. 2. This Court records appreciation for the stellar efforts made by the Ld. Advocate General, Mr. S. N. Mukherjee, in resolving the issues. 3. The Parties may take a relook at the Rule of Procedure of Business in the West Bengal Legislative Assembly. 4. The writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with the aforesaid observation and without any other orders.
