ORDER : The petitioner is the objector filed E.A.Nos.86 and 87 of 2017 in E.P.No.55 of 2014 in O.S.No.896 of 1971, seeking to receive additional chief affidavit and additional documents. That petitions were dismissed by the Executing Court. Now challenging the order passed in E.A.No.87 of 2017, the petitioner has filed this revision petition. 2. Though the petitioner has filed this revision petition challenging the order passed in E.A.No.87 of 2017, the fact remains a common order has been passed in E.A.Nos.86 and 87 of 2017 in E.P.No.55 of 2014 in O.S.No.896 of 1971, dated 27.07.2017 as the prayer in both the petitions are inter-connected. 3. Today, when the revision petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents 9, 11, 12, 20 and 22 to 24 states that he has no objection to receive the additional chief affidavit and additional documents and to decide the E.P on merits. 4. Therefore, recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the respondents 9, 11, 12, 20 and 22 to 24, the common order passed by the Executing Court in E.A.Nos.86 and 87 of 2017 in E.P.No.55 of 2014 in O.S.No.896 of 1971, dated 27.07.2017, is set aside and the Executing Court is directed to receive the additional chief affidavit and additional documents. The respondents are at liberty to make all their objections/defence in the E.P. However, the Executing Court is directed to dispose of E.P.No.55 of 2014 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to cooperate for early disposal of E.P. 5. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
