JUDGMENT Prakash D. Naik, J. - The appeals are listed for directions at the instance of the appellants. The appeals are challenging the judgment of acquittal for offence under Section 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act. By order dated 11th April, 2016, the hearing of the appeals was expedited and it was directed that both the appeals be listed on final hearing board in the week commencing from 13th June, 2016. 2. Considering the aforesaid circumstances, the appeals be added to the final hearing board commencing from 18th April, 2022. Liberty to mention for hearing of appeal in the event, the matter does not reach for final hearing.
