JUDGMENT Arindam Lodh, J. - I have seen the report of the process server and also the note of the Registry dated 05.12.2022. It is reported by the Process Server that 'since the area of the noticee is large and no specific address is mentioned here, no trace of noticee has been found.' 2. I have also seen the cause title of the appeal wherein the name of the village where the respondent no.7 resides is clearly mentioned. 3. As such, the Registrar (Judicial) is directed to take up the matter with the Process Server so that notice can be served upon the noticee i.e. the respondent no.7. 4. The petitioner is to take steps to correct the name of the husband of the respondent no.12. 5. Steps may be taken within 7(seven) days. 6. List the matter on 03.02.2023.
