JUDGMENT D. Ramesh, J. - After hearing both the learned counsel, this Court notices that in a big batch of Writ Petitions starting with W.P.No.26794 of 2021, learned single Judge of this Court has given direction to the respondents to pay the principal amounts within a period of four weeks. The other issues and other claims were left upon and the writ petitioner was given liberty to agitate his claim with regard to the interest. It is admitted that even as on date the W.A.No.724 of 2021 and Batch in connected matters are pending. 2. Therefore, with the consent of both the learned counsel, the following order is passed - 1) The respondents in the Writ Petition shall pay the principal amount of the bill raised by the writ petitioner within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2) The Writ Petitioner is given liberty to agitate his claims with regard to other aspects after the disposal of the Writ Appeal pending. 3. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. 4. Since similar orders are passed in earlier orders, this order is passed with the consent of both the learned counsel. No costs. 5. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
