JUDGMENT Arindam Lodh, J. - Ms. V. Poddar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that due to inadvertence she could not enclose some documents in the writ petition and thus, she prays for allowing her to enclose those documents in the writ petition. 2. Prayer is allowed. 3. Ms. Voddar, learned counsel is given liberty to enclose necessary documents in the writ petition which could not be annexed due to inadvertence. 4. List the matter on 18.01.2023.
