ORDER : This Writ Petition is filed to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the first and fifth respondents to consider the petitioner's online representation, dated 01.07.2022, within a stipulated time. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner purchased a land at Hosur, on 11.12.2017, from Golden India Cityscapes Pvt. Ltd. However, later this land was illegally encroached and occupied by the seller, therefore, he gave an online complaint on 01.07.2022 against the accused. But, no action was taken on the basis of this complaint necessitating the filing of this petition. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the basis of the online complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted in C.No.104 of 2022 and the same was closed as mistake of fact. He further submitted that there is a FIR in Crime No.81 of 2022 was registered against the petitioner and three others by CCB – I, Chennai. 4. In the light of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. 5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No Costs.
