JUDGMENT : T.R. RAVI, J. 1. When the case is taken up, it is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that pending the writ petition, orders granting approval of the appointment has already been issued but consequential benefits have not been disbursed. The order dated 05.12.2023 is placed before me for reference. 2. In the above circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of recording the order No. 7650/C2/2021/RDD/CHNR dated 05.12.2023 and directing the respondents to disburse the monetary benefits due consequent to the approval granted within six weeks from today.
