JUDGMENT Sheel Nagu, J. - This MCC has been preferred for restoration of WP. No.1882/2004, which was dismissed for want of prosecution by order dated 05.01.2023. 2. In view of averments made in the petition which is duly supported b y affidavit of counsel for applicant, prayer for restoration of WP. No.1882/2004 is hereby accepted. 3. Looking to the nature of default, subject to payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) to be deposited with M.P. State Legal Services Authority, Jabalpur within a period of 15 days from today, WP. No.1882/2004 is restored to its original number for being adjudicated on its own merits. 4. Accordingly, MCC stands allowed. 5. A copy of this order be placed in the record of WP. No.1882/2004.
