ORDER : 1. Heard Mr. T. Kalita, learned counsel for the applicant. 2. This interlocutory application has been filed under Order XLI Rule 5 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 praying for staying of operation of the impugned judgment and order dated 18.03.2023 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Cachar, Silchar in MAC Case No. 114/2012 which is put to challenge in MAC Appeal No. 249/2023. 3. Issue notice to the opposite parties/respondents. 4. The applicant shall take steps for issuance of notice to the opposite parties/respondents by registered post with A/D within three days from the date of this order, returnable after three weeks. 5. The prayer for interim stay shall be considered after service of notice on the opposite parties.
