JUDGMENT M. Nagaprasanna, J. - Heard the learned counsel, Sri. B.V. Pinto, appearing for the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner after arguing the matter at length would submit that if the appearance before the Enforcement Directorate is adjourned by a week, as on the pendency of writ petition, the petitioner has not travelled to appear before the Assistant Director of Enforcement Directorate. Therefore, I deem it appropriate to grant the petitioner a week's time to appear before the Assistant Director of Enforcement Directorate. The date shall be fixed by the Enforcement Directorate and communicated to the petitioner for such appearance. 3. With the aforesaid observations, the petition stands disposed.
