JUDGMENT Alok Aradhe, J. - This petition has been filed seeking a writ of habeas corpus for production of Abdul Wahab @ Khamar. 2. Mr.P.Thejesh, learned High Court Government Pleader submits that the detenue has been arrested in connection with Crime No.4/2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, by Kalasipalya Police Station on 18.01.2023 and shall be produced before the Magistrate today. The aforesaid submission is taken on record. 3. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. 4. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to such remedy as may be available to him in law.
