ORDER Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondent no. 1. 2. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the Execution case is pending since 2013 but the same is being objected by the respondent no. 1, who is a practicing Advocate and during pendency of the suit, he had appeared for some intervenors and got two sale deeds executed of a part of the suit property and now the respondent no. 1 had filed an application under Order 21 Rule 97. 3. The Sub Judge-IV, Biharsharif, Nalanda is directed to execute the decree within fifteen days of receipt of a copy of this order and file a compliance report in this Court. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent no. 1 has tried his level best to argue that there is no professional misconduct by the respondent no. 1 but this Court is convinced that the respondent no. 1 has committed professional misconduct. 5. The office is directed to send one photostat copy of the entire record to the Chairman of the Bihar State Bar Council to take suitable action against the respondent no. 1, who happens to be a Lawyer and who has the audacity to purchase the suit property during pendency of the suit. The Bar Council will initiate a disciplinary proceeding against the *Respondent No. 1 so that these kind of Lawyers do not practice further to cheat the clients. 6. With the above observations, this application is disposed of.
