JUDGMENT Vivek Agarwal, J. - This third bail application is filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 on behalf of the applicant Sumit Dwivedi S/o Sunil Dwivedi, who is i n custody since 29.01.2022 in connection with Crime No.30/2022 registered at Police Station Raipur Karchuliyan, District Rewa (M.P.) for the offence punishable under Sections 8, 21, 22, 29 of NDPS Act and Sections 5/13 of M.P. Drugs Control Act. 2. Previous bail applications of the applicant were dismissed by this Court vide orders dated 04.04.2022 and 12.09.2022, respectively. 3. There are no changed circumstances in the matter, calling for interference.
