JUDGMENT Ravindra Maithani, J. - Applicant-Shivam @ Bali is in judicial custody in Case Crime/FIR No.180 of 2022, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 186, 324, 332, 333, 336, 353, 307, 504 & 506 IPC, Police Station Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. It is argued that the co-accused having similar role have already been granted bail. Bail order passed in BA1 Nos. 1657 of 2022 and 1843 of 2022 has been tendered for perusal of the Court. 4. This fact is not disputed by learned State Counsel. 5. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail. Accordingly, the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 6. The bail application is allowed. 7. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
