No. 539/1986, and we find no reason to continue with a separate petition on the subject. 7. The proceedings herein stand closed but, with liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate suggestions/submissions in the pending matter with advance copy to the learned amicus curiae on or before 20.02.2023. 8.
