JUDGMENT Pradeep Singh Yerur, J. - Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has filed memo dated 20th January, 2023, seeking leave of the Court to withdraw the petition as not pressed, since the Matrimonial case filed by the respondent-husband under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act has been withdrawn before the Family Court. Memo is placed on record. 2. Civil petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the memo.
