JUDGMENT Arindam Sinha, J. - Mr. Sethi, learned advocate appears and prays for adjournment on absence of his leader. Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and points out this Bench does not have assignment. Ms. Rout, learned advocate appears on behalf of opposite party no.7. 2. Petitioner has challenged order dated 14th October, 2014 made by the Collector, directing the Gram Panchayat to lease out Karada Minor Irrigation Project (MIP) to Karada Primary Co-operative Society Limited, Secretary of which is opposite party no.7. Perusal of the petition reveals subject matter of challenge is not directed against working of Societies Registration Act, 1860. As such, the writ petition relates to the residuary assignment under entry no.4 in list of the Hon'ble Mr. Justice, Biswanath Rath. 3. The writ petition is released from the list to be placed before the Bench having assignment.
