ORDER : 1. Mr. J. Kalita, learned counsel appears for the petitioner and Mr. R.R. Gogoi, learned counsel for the respondents. 2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the respondent that in deference to the order dated 18.12.2018 passed by the learned Single Judge in WP(C) No.8683/2018, the proposal for appointment of the petitioner in the Grade-III post has been forwarded to the Additional Chief Secretary to the Government of Assam, Environment and Forest Department, Dispur. The said letter was issued not on 29.09.2023 and submits that some further time be granted to complete his instructions in respect of the said proposal sent. 3. Accordingly, the matter be listed after 4 (two) weeks. 4. A copy of the proposal submitted be placed before the Court be placed in the case records. 5. Learned counsel for the respondent will also provide a copy of the proposal to the writ petitioner.
