ORDER : 1. Mr. K.N. Choudhury, learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. N. Gautam, learned counsel for the petitioner in W.P.[C] no. 523/2023; Mr. S.K. Goswami, learned counsel for the petitioner in W.P.[C] no. 7967/2022; Mr. D. Saikia, learned Advocate General, Assam assisted by Mr. S. Bora, learned Standing Counsel, Samagra Siksha; and Mr. R.K. Deb Choudhury, learned Deputy Solicitor General of India [DSGI] are present. 2. Mr. D.K. Das, learned counsel for the applicant in I.A.[C] no. 2989/2023 and I.A.[C] no. 2985/2023 has submitted that the interlocutory applications have been preferred by the applicant seeking his impleadment as a party-respondent in both the writ petitions. 3. Mr. Choudhury, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in W.P.[C] no. 523/2023 has submitted that an objection in each of the interlocutory applications will be filed by 09.10.2023. 4. List the cases on 10.10.2023. 5. The interim order passed earlier shall continue till the next date of listing.
