JUDGMENT Biswanath Rath, J. - Heard the submissions of learned counsel for respective parties. 2. In course of submission learned counsel for Petitioner agrees to the terms of allotment vide Annexure-11 and does not want to challenge the same any further. Both parties submit, there is status quo in respect of the property involved herein. For the Petitioner now accepting the terms in Annexure-11, considering that offer was given in 2017, the litigation is on since 2011 and further 10% of earlier deposit is still lying with the Opposite Party-IDCO, this Court directs the IDCO authority to accept the amount involved therein through Annexure-11 with 5% simple interest all through to be tendered by the Petitioner within a period of one month hence. This deposit will, however, be subject to adjustment of 10% along with interest accrued in the meantime since under retention of Opposite Party. Upon deposit of necessary amount in terms of the direction hereinabove, execution of the documents shall be completed within a period of one month thereafter. This Court also involves the submission of Mr. Pradipta Kumar Mohanty, learned Sr. Advocate appearing on behalf of the IDCO. 3. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above order.
