JUDGMENT Anupinder Singh Grewal, J. - This is an application seeking review of the order dated 17.10.2022 passed by this Court. 2. It appears that the petitioner in the guise of review is seeking re-hearing of the matter which would not be permissible under Order 47 Rule 1 CPC. Reference can be made to the judgment of the Supreme Court in the case of S. Bhagirathi Ammal versus Palani Raman Catholic Mission, 2009(10) SCC 464 . 3. Consequently, the application stands dismissed.
