SURESHWAR THAKUR, J. 1. A perusal of Annexure P-1 appended with the petition discloses, that the son of the present petitioner one Hemant has been promoted to 3rd standard in the current academic session i.e. 2023-24. Further the petitioner has to take care of his agriculture crops and fields. Therefore, the petitioner makes a prayer before this Court that he be permitted to, under police escort make arrangements regarding the admission of his son in the school concerned, and, to take care of his agricultural crops and fields. 2. Consequently, the instant petition is allowed, and, the impugned order of 07.04.2023 is quashed, and, set aside. The Superintendent of District Jail Karnal, is directed to ensure the deploying of armed police escort along with the petitioner, to enable him to make arrangements regarding the admission of his son in the school concerned, and, to take care of his agricultural crops and fields. The release of the petitioner from jail by the Superintendent of District Jail Sirsa, Haryana shall occur in the morning of 20.04.2023, and, shall last uptill the evening of 03.05.2023. In the evening of 03.05.2023, the police escort shall ensure, that the present petitioner is retrieved into the prison concerned. All the expenses towards the transportation of the petitioner as well as the of armed escorts deployed along with him, besides all the expenses appertaining to the board and lodging of the armed escorts, shall be borne by the petitioner. Petition allowed.
