JUDGMENT 1. Mr. Bhuyan, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioners and submits, there was order of resumption. By order dated 23rd December, 2009 in W.P.(C) no.10339 of 2009 the cancellation of lease was quashed and the matter remitted to Tahsildar, Bhubaneswar for fresh disposal after giving opportunity of hearing to petitioners. His clients ultimately made representation dated 11th February, 2019 to Tahsildar, Jatani for early disposal of W.L Case no.736 of 1970. The case still remains pending. 2. Mr. Nanda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and points out that direction made in said order dated 23rd December, 2009 was upon Tahsildar, Bhubaneswar. Pursuant thereto petitioner had filed another writ petition and obtained similar order dated 30th January, 2019 in W.P.(C) no.8645 of 2015. By said order dated 30th January, 2019 direction was upon Tahsildar, Jatani. He submits further, the records may be in office of Tahsildar, Bhubaneswar. 3. Opposite party no.4 is directed to expeditiously dispose of W.L. Case no.736 of 1970, positively within three months of communication of this order. Said opposite party is to locate the records, if not in the office and have them brought from wherever they are, for purpose of the adjudication and disposal. 4. The writ petition is disposed of.
