ORDER : Heard Ms. R. Atsula Kips, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. A. Ayemi, learned Government Advocate, Nagaland for all the respondents. 2. The petitioner’s husband came to be engaged as Work-Charged Mazdoor in the establishment of Executive Engineer, Electoral Division, Zunheboto, Nagaland w.e.f. 21.05.1985. After continuously serving for a period of about 20 years, without any break, the petitioner was released from the service by an Office Order dated 16.02.2006 w.e.f. 26.03.2006 stating that the incumbent expired on 25.03.2005. The deceased died due to electrocution while performing Government duty on 25.03.2005. Representation dated 02.02.2018 submitted by the petitioner before the respondent no. 4 for regularization of the petitioner husband’s past services and for grant of pensionary benefits with retrospective effect has been disposed of by the Letter dated 14.03.2018. Challenging [i] the Office Memorandum dated 22.09.2004; [ii] the Office Memorandum dated 17.03.2015; & [iii] the Letter dated 14.03.2018, the petitioner has preferred the instant writ petition. 3. Issue notice, returnable in 4 [four] weeks. 4. As Ms. Ayemi has appeared and accepted notices on behalf of all the respondents, no formal notice needs to be issued in respect of any of the respondents. The learned counsel for the petitioner shall serve requisite nos. of extra copies of the writ petition along with annexures, to Ms. Ayemi within 3 [three] working days from today.
