JUDGMENT E.S. Indiresh, J. - Sri. Shivakumar S. Badawadgi, learned counsel, accepts notice for respondents No.1 and 2. Sri. Prashant Hosamani, learned counsel accepts notice for respondent No.3. 2. The short question involved in this writ petition is with regard to consideration of the application made by the petitioner seeking transfer as per Annexure-B to the writ petition. 3. Respondent No.1 is directed to consider the same within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4. In addition to that, petitioner is permitted to make one more representation within ten days from today. 5. If such representation is made by the petitioner within ten days from today, the same shall be considered by the respondents within four weeks thereafter. Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
