ORDER : 1. Mr. K. K.Parasar, learned Addl. P.P. submits that he has not received the case diary. 2. Accordingly, it is provided that Mr. Parasar shall produce the case diary before this Court on 15.12.2023. 3. Whereas, Mr. S. N. Tamuly, learned counsel for the informant submits that he has filed objection on 1.12.2023, but the same is not available on the record. Accordingly, Registry shall tag the objection filed by Mr. Tamuly, learned counsel for the informant alongwith the record and list the matter on 15.12.2023.
