JUDGMENT : 1. The above writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the Wakf Board to consider and dispose of Ext.P2 representation submitted by the petitioners alleging irregularities against the first respondent Wakf. 2. Without making any expression on the merits of the allegations, we direct the Wakf Board to look into the allegations raised in Ext.P2 and to take appropriate action in accordance with law after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners as well as the first respondent or any other affected parties. A decision, as directed above, will be taken within an outer time limit of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment. 3. The writ petition is disposed of as above.
