ORDER : Venkata Jyothirmai Pratapa, J. Instant petition under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 (for short “Code”) has been filed by the petitioners/A1 and A2 seeking quashment of the proceedings in C.C.No.266 of 2021 on the file of the Court of Additional Junior Civil Judge, Chilakaluripet, Guntur District. 2. Heard Sri V. Srinivasula Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners and Ms. D. Prasanna Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appears for respondent No.1/State. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the notices sent to respondent No.2 returned with an endorsement “door number is not correct”. Learned counsel would submit that the petitioners are mother and elder brother of accused No.1. Learned counsel further submits that criminal petition may be disposed of by dispensing with the presence of petitioners before the trial Court. 4. Considering the submissions made above, this Criminal Petition is disposed of and the presence of the petitioners/A2 and A3 before the trial Court is dispensed with, unless there is a specific direction by the trial Court for their presence on particular dates. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
