ORDER : 1. This matter is listed on Board pursuant to the note dated 12.01.2023 filed by the Registry. 2. Perused the note as well as communication dated 30.12.2022 of Additional Civil Judge, Danta seeking extension of time for disposal of Regular Civil Suit No. 15 of 2016 pending before the said Court. 3. The time as prayed for by the Trial Court to decide and dispose of the Regular Civil Suit No. 15 of 2016 is extended for a period of six months from today. 4. Accordingly, the note dated 12.01.2023 stands disposed of. Registry to communicate this order to the concerned Trial Court forthwith.
