JUDGMENT Gurvinder Singh Gill, J. - Today, at the very outset, learned State counsel has informed that the petitioner stands discharged vide order dated 9.1.2023 passed by learned Judge, Special Court, Ferozepur. 2. In view of the aforestated position, the instant petition filed under provisions of Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of regular bail is rendered infructuous and is disposed off as such.
