JUDGMENT Arindam Sinha, J. - Mr. Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, subsequent to filing and moving the writ petition his client has come to know that opposite party nos. 7 and 8 have been engaged by undisclosed agreement. In the scrutiny made for selection, his client was ranked second and said opposite parties, third. They have been engaged in this way to deprive his client, who was supplier since long. The period of present supply is due to expire on 31st March, 2023. 2. Mr. Babu, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and prays for direction to file counter. He wants two weeks' time. 3. State will produce the agreement and issue necessary instructions for submissions being made on its behalf on adjourned date. This urgency is because the supply period ends on 31st March, 2023. 4. List on 10th February, 2023.
