JUDGMENT 1. Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate, for State. 2. Mr. Ghosh prays for adjournment of a week. 3. It appears, opposite party no.3 filed this Misc. Case no.1684 of 2013 for clarification of order dated 10th December, 2012, disposing of the writ petition. 4. Direction by order dated 10th December, 2012 was clear regarding holding of auction and to be completed by end of January, 2013. The clarification sought by the Notified Area Council (NAC) is with regard to location of the Sunday market, in respect of which the auction was to be held. It is clear no auction was held. 5. Mr. B. Mohanty, learned advocate present in Court submits, names of his associates are reflected in the list against applicant. He will inform them. 6. In event applicant goes unrepresented on adjourned date or thereafter, the application is likely to be dismissed. 7. List on 10th February, 2023.
