JUDGMENT Vivek Rusia, J. - Petitioner has filed the present petition being aggrieved by the action of the respondents by which he has been discontinued from the services. According to the petitioner, Incharge of Work Shop i.e. Shri Pandey has orally directed him to stop coming to the duties. The petitioner submitted representation to the commissioner on 15.09.2021 which has not been decided. He applied through RTI about the outcome but no such information has been given to him. Hence, this petition before this Court. 2. The Writ Petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to look into the grievance of the petitioner. If such representation has not been decided, then same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law. The entire exercise shall be completed within 45 days from production of certified copy of this order. 3. Certified copy as per rules.
