JUDGMENT Arindam Sinha, J. - Mr. Samantaray, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, he is grandson of deceased Narayan Sahoo. Persons, who are not heirs of the deceased, have obtained legal heir certificate. They are private opposite party nos. 5 to 17. Proforma opposite party nos.18 to 27, along with his client, are the heirs. 2. He relies on rule 8 in Odisha Miscellaneous Certificate Rules, 2019 to submit, application dated 9th September, 2022 was duly made to the Tahsildar but, the application has not been registered and numbered. 3. Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, in event the application has not been numbered, it will be and thereupon dealt with. 4. Opposite party no.4 is directed to register the application made by petitioner, if not done and thereupon adjudicate his grievance on notice to opposite parties in it. Petitioner will produce this order before said opposite party, who will proceed to adjudicate the same in accordance with law. The adjudication, upon notice, is expected to culminate in order made within eight weeks from communication. In event the application is untraceable in the office, said opposite party will require petitioner to forthwith present true copy thereof for registering and numbering the same. 5. The writ petition is disposed of.
