JUDGMENT : 1. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that a settlement has been arrived into between the parties and therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal. 2. In view of the submission made, the permission as prayed for is granted. 3. Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. 4. All pending applications, if any, also stand dismissed.
