ORDER : This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanniyakumari in Crl.M.P.No.6646 of 2022, dated 21.12.2022 and set-aside the same and consequently relax the condition totally imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanniyakumari. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the connected cases are posted on 19.01.2023. He would further submit that as far as the second petitioner is concerned, his marriage is fixed on 22.01.2023 and thereby, he would seek for some relaxation in respect of the second petitioner only. 3. Taking into consideration the submissions made, the condition imposed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanniyakumari in Crl.M.P.No.6646 of 2022, dated 21.12.2022, in respect of the second petitioner alone is modified to the effect that the second petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Nagercoil on 18.01.2023, 20.01.2023 and 24.01.2023 at 10.30 a.m., and that the second petitioner shall also produce the letter issued by the Jamaath to the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Nagercoil for proof of marriage. 4. This Criminal Original Petition is allowed with regard to the second petitioner only. 5. Post the matter on 19.01.2023 for considering the petitioners 1, 3 and 4.
