JUDGMENT Arindam Lodh, J. - Heard Ms. R. Guha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. D. Bhattacharjee, learned G.A appearing for the respondents-State and Mr. B. Majumder, learned Dy. SGI appearing for the respondent no.4. 2. The order dated 29.11.2022 passed by this court in WP(C) No.867 of 2022 is thus clarified, as urged by Ms. R. Guha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3. The 'No Objection Certificate' as submitted by the parties to the writ petition during the course of proceeding in WP(C) 867 of 2022, titled as Smt. Nupur Das Vs. The State of Tripura & 6 Ors and the order passed thereof only relates to granting family pension or special family pension and it will not relate to other pensionary benefits. 4. With the aforesaid clarification of the order dated 29.11.2022, the instant review petition stands disposed.
