ORDER 1. Permission to file special leave petition(s) is granted. Issue notice. 2. Mr. M.K. Maroria, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 waives notice for the concerned respondents. 3. Notice will be issued to respondent no. 1, who is not represented, by all modes including dasti. 4. Till the next date of hearing, Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) can continue with the investigation in accordance with law. In case, they want to interrogate or question any officer or employee of the West Bengal/Kolkata Police, they can do so in Kolkata. 5. We also deem it appropriate to direct that officers/employees of the West Bengal/Kolkata Police will not be arrested till the next date of hearing. 6. Liberty is granted to the parties to move an appropriate application for modification of the interim order. 7. We also clarify that the officers/employees of the West 8. Bengal/Kolkata Police must join and cooperate in the investigation.
